  Received an invoice for a job that was completed. No hours or materials listed, just a subtotal and total for an amount that seemed excessive. Called them and was told that they don't provide a break down of materials or labor on their residential invoices. They agreed that I was overcharged on my invoice (for twice as many hours) and that it was simply an error. How many "errors" do they make that aren't caught because they don't provide a breakdown?
