  Great pain free experience with Chapman's Auto Body. Car was finished ahead of schedule too which is nice. Paint has a nice finish to it. and they managed to blend in the surrounding areas of my ten year old paint job so you can't tell anything happened.

  Professional service, quality work! I used the Bedford location...From Bente's estimate to Trent's communication customer service was top notch. I was kept informed of progress of work. Estimate on when vehicle would be ready was kept. Services area was extremely clean. My wife even commented it was by far the cleanest garage bathroom she has even been in! :) Would highly recommend. Cheers.

  Work was well done. Girl at the desk a bit flaky, they had my vehicle for a week then got a call asking me to bring it in for an estimate. Kept reminding them to check my tire only to pick up my vehicle with a flat tire. Follow up calls didn't happen. At least the work looks really good. Customer service needs improving.

  strangely not suggest come over here if you paid by your own. Maybe is good when your insurance company pay that. SUPER GREEDY. I mean Super, they want order a front license plate holder (IN NS!OMFG) for $300 more. They aways charge you more labour hour like 30min ask for 2 hours. Stay away from them.This is my 2nd time choose them but I would say I will never come back unless I go for warranty clam for them.
