  I'm happy with the service provided. I called in to book a time to get my windows tinted. I called EVERYWHERE in HRM. I ended up going with Napa for 2 reasons.

  The type of tint they use is 3M CS20. So for those of you who don't know... 3M is the company that makes everything in offices and CS20 stands for color stable. This type of tint is a carbon tint. This is a better quality that guarantees no fading. There are 3 kinds... dye tint, carbon tint, and ceramic tint.

  When I picked up my car the guy walked me out to my car and went over a few things. Asked me how I liked it and I said it looks amazing. I'm extremely happy with the service provided. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for tint.

  Beyond that Napa had the gall to tell me the masterswitch needed to be completely replaced and would cost 100-150$ and that my transmission had a leak that would require immediate attention (took that for a 2nd opinion elsewhere)

  Heres the thing, the napa on kempt road informed me the master switch was dead - so they either didnt look for me like they said they would or they lied. Same goes for St margarets bay road -

  I had a free oil change card with Oregans and because I drive a mazda they said to take it to the napa on kempt to redeem it, while I was there, I asked for a 2nd opinion on the master switch (more on that in a minute)

  When I entered it didn't take long to get everything sorted. I was offered a shuttle but had a friend pick me up. They said they would aim for 1 but might be a little late. The car was ready At 230. I anticipated them to be a little late. We all know how it goes. I was super okay with it.

  I ordered a new master switch and today it arrive. When I went to install it,...well... it turns out that someone *looking at napa* unplugged a portion of the old one.

  Ceramic is the most expensive and best quality however it's not offered here. Carbon is the runner up. I watched almost every video on YouTube to understand it all. I'm very particular on what I'm putting into my car. Needless to say I feel confident in the tinting I have. Carbon tinting should NEVER fade and bubbling should not happen as well. Their service comes with a 3 year warranty so if it ends up happening I'll do another review and put a note onto this one.

  The staff was friendly, but when I brought my car in for a part I requested to have put on (and was quoted $40), they informed me they hadn't ordered the part I asked for and upon seeing my out-of-province plates tried to use scare-tactics to get me to pay $1900 in repairs. I said no-way and they still tried to charge me $60 just for looking at it and not doing the work I had requested.

  After getting the car back not 2 days later one of the toggle bolts in my drivers seat mysteriously vanished - It's gone and now the seat falls backwards, when I investigated the bolt was just completely gone, vanished...without a trace - ie someone took it.
