    Said he would safely ship my package. It arrived broken, and not packaged properly. And I paid over a hundred bucks for the pleasure. Never going here again.

    To those rating this store with a poor score, they should be aware that the store owner and staff don't control what happens to your package outside of their store.

    Horrible Service. The man who runs the business is very abrasive. I asked if I could have a UPS package routed there as an Amazon Prime member. He yelled "you pay". I asked him what he meant and he yelled on the phone "holding fee". I tried to get some clarification... but he just repeated those two phrases.

    Great printing experience! Michael was able to do the impossible, he helped me print/bind in 1 hour!!!! He is a stellar employee and should be recognized for his hard work! Thanks Michael!

    My experience with this store has always been quite good. They call me when my package arrives at the store, they're courteous, and have accurate information. I'm satisfied with this particular store.
