    The actual service is great - the other people using it occasionally ruin it. I would say that I am given another car when someone is late, or that someone is late 1 in 4 times. It's a real gamble and sometimes it absolutely sucks. The other day I found myself walking in the rain 45 minutes after I was supposed to pick up a car because the previous person didn't call in and say they'd be late at the Brunswick lot location and the other available car was across town. If you can just own a car, if your appointments are very time sensitive, don't do this.

    Fantastic service. Been using it for 7 months now. Easy to use, affordable (especially vs owning a car) and convenient. Never had any issues. Can take the cars on long trips for vacay or just across town to pick something up. 100% recommend.

    Absolutely terrible service. Seriously regret using it, save your money and walk wherever you need to go.
